Still really love this #cablemachine since it’s fully adjustable and can hit and really finish off the chest. Like I always say with these you want to focus on the squeeze, pump and holds to really push as much blood into your chest to finish them off for good…Here I hit and finish with 3 different cable flies. Obviously high, middle and low. 3 Sets each position with 12-15 Reps depending on fatigue.
