One of my favorite variations of the #UprightRow. Lately I have been using a wider grip to help my #Shoulder stay healthy but I found that doing these on the #CableMachine with the #EZCurl attachment with my thumbs out really took the “pinch” out of the movement in my shoulder and allowed to me get some good #RangeOfMotion with this movement and the cable machine allows constant tension throughout the lift. If you try these out, start light.
