Its #Humpday and the AC was broken today.. so the workout was extra draining (monstar + heat + humidity = slow ass monstar). Today was Chest Day and hit some nice heavy benches and Inclines and then some isolation work. Finished off with seated side presses for the side of my chest and loved the pump.Bodyweight at 209lbs.
