#ElectionDay #Deadlifts and #Rows. #Pulling today was a great success. Back to my 5.5 plates per side with no major form deterioration and decent #Speed. 545x1x3 sets. I need to remember to bring chalk because these shit bars at #NYSC need as much help as I can get and I noticed with my straps on I am not in the same groove, so need to leave them out for a bit on #Deadlifting. ..Rows were slow and controlled and paused/squeezed.
