And god made Mondays for #Legs. Had a nice day squat and isolation day for #Quads mostly. Alot of right leg isolation (hence the little extra pump). No real heavy weight to stay injury free but ton of high volume sets that left me limping. The #Surgery leg is finally decent in my opinion and that's what matters! Lol. Lowering Carbs and timing them around workouts.
